The A-Line Petticoat has 3 layers: the outer layers, 2 of the tulle layers, and a layer of soft lining that prevents scratches on gentle sensitive skin.The waist is elastic stretch, artificial cotton, which is softer and more comfortable than other Satin used. Fits snugly to the body, but is stretchy, so you have no danger of it falling down. Not too bulky, just enough to make your dress hang well.
